Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within two hours of placing them. After that they enter our packing queue — but you can always return them free of charge.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — select gift wrapping at checkout and add a note for the recipient.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original condition.
How should I care for my bag?
Wipe canvas with a damp cloth. Condition leather occasionally. Avoid prolonged soaking.
